Defensive juggernaut Team Gridiron has tasted sweet victory.  Gridiron captured the intramural flag football men’s competitive championship on Tuesday, Nov. 16.

Gridiron defeated Fuzzy Koala Bears by a score of 6-0 in a defensive battle for the ages.  Gridiron had to play three games in two days to capture the title, but did so with ease, winning their games by a combined score of 59-6.

The only team to go undefeated during the regular season, Gridiron completed the league sweep with their playoff dominance. They now own the coveted Championship T-shirt and bragging rights for the year.

Do you like it when a dominant team wins the championship? Or do you prefer rooting for the underdog?
